The "Daesh Dinar"; Daesh being the Arabic for Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
According to ibtimes.com: "Self-proclaimed Isis caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi had last year reportedly ordered the minting of the caliphate's own 'Islamic dinar' coins in gold, silver and copper in order to free Muslims from the 'satanic global economic system'."
The Islamic State has also reportedly announced its currency exchange rate - 1 Gold Dinar is $139 and 1 Silver Dinar is $1.
I am sure the Post Office, banks and alike will soon be listing the currencies exchange rates. Or not.
Very determined stuff this and fits in with issuing license plates, parking tickets, tax collection etc. ie the building of a state. All while under a spot of pressure.
